Good afternoon Can I just say you offer a fantastic service and made our holiday great!!!! we had a fantastic time on our day trip to Ephesus with Banu and her knowledge and friendliness were absolutely wonderful and a joy to experience. I cannot fault anything - it was terrific! Banu also made such a special effort for Biddy's birthday ( presents; cake; wine;music & banner) really such a tremendous effort which really was appreciated by us all ( tell Banu even Harry loved it all). She is a lovely girl and a great ambassador for you. I will definitely be recommending you on all cruise sites and to everyone visiting Turkey. Already friends and colleagues have taken Banu's cards for their trips to Turkey in September and October and we look forward to using your services again ourselves. In all the excitement I forgot to give Banu a thankyou card but will send it on with some photos.
